"Thou Shall Not Conform" Zuvuya Jacket

This Reprezent Zuvuya jacket is a one-of-a-kind piece created with hand-loomed textiles and custom streetwear design. Made by artisans in the high jungles of Guatemala, each jacket brings together traditional textile craft, natural materials, and a unique combination of colors, patterns, and village-made fabrics.

The cotton fibers used in Zuvuya textiles are harvested, combed, spun into thread, and woven into fabric. The threads are dyed using natural dyes extracted from plant materials, insects, and bark, then carefully blended into the finished textile. Each piece is hand loomed, hand stitched, and hand crafted with close attention to detail.

No two Zuvuya pieces are alike. Each jacket carries fabrics from an average of 4–8 villages, matched and combined with Reprezent’s one-of-a-kind streetwear approach. The result is a wearable piece that honors traditional Mayan textile practices while creating something modern, expressive, and entirely unique.
