"Animal Planet" Zuvuya Jacket

This Reprezent Zuvuya jacket is a one-of-a-kind handmade garment created with hand-loomed textiles and custom streetwear design. Made by artisans in the high jungles of Guatemala, each piece brings together traditional textile craft, natural materials, and a unique mix of colors, patterns, and village-made fabrics.

The cotton fibers used in Zuvuya textiles are harvested, combed, spun into thread, and woven into fabric. The threads are dyed using natural dyes extracted from plant materials, insects, and bark, then used to create the finished textile. Each jacket is hand loomed, hand stitched, and hand crafted with close attention to detail.

No two Zuvuya pieces are exactly alike. Each jacket carries fabrics from an average of 4–8 villages, matched and blended with Reprezent’s one-of-a-kind streetwear style. The result is a wearable piece that honors traditional Mayan textile practices while creating something modern, expressive, and completely unique.
